Is a NAS a backup?

A NAS is central storage; a backup is a separate copy. We set up NAS systems with snapshots and a second copy away from the device, following the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, on two kinds of media, one off-site.

Yes. Our engineers in Amman install, configure and support everything we supply, and we handle manufacturer warranty claims locally.
