The UCM6300 Series is Grandstream's IP PBX family for small and mid-sized organisations that want voice, video and meetings on a single appliance. It scales up to 3000 users and 450 concurrent calls depending on the model, and provisions Grandstream SIP phones automatically with zero-touch configuration. The platform includes a built-in meetings and conferencing service, NAT traversal for remote workers, and hardened security with secure boot, per-device certificates and random default passwords. Ribbon

    Ribbon SBC 1000

The SBC 1000 is a 1U enterprise session border controller for branch offices and small to mid-size sites. It secures SIP trunks and cloud voice services, translates between different VoIP products and, through optional ports, connects legacy analog, BRI and T1/E1 equipment. Ribbon states it is certified for Microsoft Direct Routing and certified with Zoom, Webex, Google Voice, Cisco BroadSoft, Yealink and Poly. A setup wizard pre-loaded with common PBXs and cloud services speeds up deployment, and PSTN fallback keeps calls flowing if the WAN or a cloud service is down. Units are managed centrally from Ribbon RAMP.

    Ribbon SBC 2000

The SBC 2000 is the larger sibling of the SBC 1000, built for bigger sites and head offices that need more call capacity and more telephony ports. It protects SIP trunks and cloud voice services, interworks between VoIP products and can connect digital T1/E1 and analog FXS equipment. It shares the same software and capabilities as the SBC 1000 and SBC SWe Edge, including Microsoft Direct Routing and Survivable Branch Appliance support, and is managed centrally from Ribbon RAMP. An optional redundant power supply is available for resilience.

  • Ribbon SBC SWe Edge
    Ribbon

    Ribbon SBC SWe Edge

SBC SWe Edge is Ribbon's software-only enterprise session border controller. It runs as a virtual machine on a hypervisor, on a shared server in a data centre, or in Azure and AWS, so organisations can secure SIP trunks and cloud voice services without adding a hardware appliance. It offers high-availability options, DoS and DDoS protection, call encryption and call recording support through SIPREC. Ribbon states it is Microsoft certified for Direct Routing and supports Survivable Branch Appliance, and works with Zoom Phone, Webex Local Gateway and Google Voice SIP Link. A 30-day trial licence is enabled by default and it is managed centrally from Ribbon RAMP.

It scales from 2 Gb to 10 Gb of multimedia traffic and combines network security, advanced routing and policy management, overload control, SIP normalisation, IPv4-IPv6 interworking and built-in media transcoding. It belongs to Ribbon's SBC Core family. Modular DSP slots add transcoding capacity, and 1:1 redundant systems, management and media ports support high availability. • Avaya Aura
    Avaya

    Ribbon

    Ribbon EdgeMarc 300 Series

The EdgeMarc 300 Series are low-density analog telephone adaptors from Ribbon: the EdgeMarc 302 has two analog station ports (FXS) and the EdgeMarc 304 has four, with the 302 field upgradeable to a 304. They let businesses keep analog devices such as door phones, elevator phones, fax machines, alarms and paging systems working with SIP-based cloud services such as Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, Webex and Cisco BroadSoft. Units support T.38 fax and can be deployed without on-site specialists using Zero Touch Provisioning through Ribbon EdgeView and RAMP.

  • Fanvil GA100 Series
    Fanvil

    Fanvil GA100 Series

The Fanvil GA100 Series is a family of FXS VoIP gateways that connect analogue telephones, fax machines and POS terminals to an IP PBX or SIP service. The range runs from the 4-port GA100-4 for small offices to the 144-port GA100-144R for large sites, so one product family can cover a branch office or a call-centre migration. The gateways convert calls between TDM and IP, register with SIP and IMS platforms, support primary and backup servers, a VPN client and polarity reversal, and use hardware echo cancellation for clear voice. Configuration is through a web interface with an installation wizard, with TR-069 and SNMP for central management.

  • Fanvil PA3
    Fanvil

    Fanvil PA3

The Fanvil PA3 is a compact SIP paging gateway for public address and intercom in campuses, shopping malls, stations and buildings. It has an integrated mono power amplifier (10 W to 30 W depending on the supply voltage) that drives a passive speaker directly, plus a line-in port, a line-out port for an external active speaker and a microphone input. It supports real-time and scheduled MP3 broadcasting from a TF card or USB drive, multicast paging, auto-answer, two SIP lines and two external DSS key ports with LED output. PoE, a wide temperature range and desktop or wall installation make it easy to place.
