Avaya Conference Phone B199

The Avaya Conference Phone B199 is a SIP audio conferencing phone for meeting rooms. Its OmniSound audio, full-duplex speakers and three digital MEMS microphones with beamforming pick up voices up to 6 metres away, for around 20 participants. A 4.3-inch touchscreen controls calls, and Bluetooth lets people connect phones and laptops. Two Avaya smart microphones extend coverage to about 70 m2, and up to three B199 units can be daisy-chained for rooms up to about 90 m2. It works with Avaya Aura, Avaya IP Office, Avaya Cloud Office and RingCentral Office, and won a Red Dot design award.

EPOS EXPAND 80

The EPOS EXPAND 80 is a premium speakerphone series for meeting rooms of up to 16 in-room participants. Six adaptive beamforming microphones with DSP isolate voices from room reverb and ambient noise, and an ultra-low-distortion speaker in a suspended speaker box supports natural duplex conversation. Up to two expansion microphones can be attached to cover up to 32 participants. It connects through a BTD 800 USB dongle over Bluetooth or by cable, offers one-touch access to a voice assistant, and is finished with Kvadrat acoustic fabric. The T variant targets Microsoft Teams rooms.

The EPOS EXPAND 40 is a speakerphone for instant conferencing in small rooms and shared desks. Three beamforming microphones isolate voices from room reverb and ambient noise, and industry-leading duplex performance lets several people talk at once without being cut off. It connects over Bluetooth or a USB-C cable for plug-and-play use with most conferencing software. The series is part of the EPOS EXPAND range and has a Microsoft Teams certified T variant, making it a practical choice for huddle rooms and small meeting spaces.

Two echo- and noise-cancelling microphones with EPOS Voice technology and an ultra-low-distortion speaker give clear sound, and duplex performance allows natural conversation. It connects by Bluetooth or USB-C, supports multipoint with up to three devices, and merges PC or softphone and mobile calls into one conference. Convenient cable winding and safe dongle storage make it easy to carry between rooms.

SP92 is a compact personal speakerphone for home offices, huddle desks and travelling staff. A single microphone with AI noise cancellation picks up voices from about 4 metres all round, with full-duplex audio and echo and reverberation cancellation for natural conversation. A 50 mm speaker with virtual bass handles calls and music. It connects by USB cable, Bluetooth 5.3 or the BT51C dongle with a USB-C/A adapter, and can pair with up to 8 devices and stay connected to 2 at once. Battery life reaches 20 hours of talk and music time. The carrying case is included, and it is compatible with more than 100 platforms and managed through Yealink USB Connect or YMCS.
