The Toughbook 34 (34 MK1) is a fully rugged 12.4-inch 2-in-1 from Panasonic Connect that works as a tablet or, with its optional rugged keyboard, as a laptop. It is aimed at field engineers, utilities, emergency services, defence and logistics teams who need laptop productivity in harsh conditions. It runs Windows 11 Pro on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 vPro processors with Copilot+ PC capability, 16 to 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a sunlight-viewable 1,000 cd/m2 touchscreen. It is rated IP66 and MIL-STD-810H with 180 cm drop resistance. Hot-swappable batteries give about 18 hours with two packs, and xPAK modules add smart card, RFID, fingerprint, serial or barcode options.
