The Honeywell PC45d is a compact 4-inch direct thermal desktop printer for shipping and product labels, receipts and wristbands across healthcare, retail, logistics, manufacturing and government. It prints at 203 or 300 dpi at up to 8 ips, with no ribbon to manage, and a large touchscreen guides operators and flags low labels. Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 LE and USB are supported, along with Fingerprint, Direct Protocol, IPL, ZPL-II emulation and DPL, so existing label formats and ERP integrations usually carry over. Options include a cutter, external media holder, media-low sensor, self-strip module and RFID. A healthcare version with disinfectant-ready housing is also offered.
