Jabra Engage 55 is a DECT wireless headset designed for contact centres and busy customer-facing teams. It comes in stereo, mono and convertible versions, so each agent can choose between a headband, an ear hook or a neckband. The DECT link covers up to 150 m with Security Level C, a noise-cancelling microphone keeps agents clear on noisy floors, and SafeTone 2.0 and PeakStop protect hearing. Talk time reaches 13 hours on the stereo and mono versions, and a USB-A or USB-C DECT adapter connects it to a PC. It works with leading UC platforms and is managed with Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress. Vodatel Jordan supplies and supports Jabra Engage headsets.
