Magnetic door and window contact in standard, recessed, compact and aluminium versions
The AKCP Security Sensor is a magnetic on/off switch that tells a sensorProbe or securityProbe base unit whether a door, cabinet or window is open or closed. When the two halves separate, the base unit raises an alert, which can include images from an attached camera. An unlimited number of sensors can be wired in series on one sensor port, although the base unit then reports only that one sensor in the chain is critical. Versions include the standard SS15, a recessed SS15-R hidden in the door frame, a compact SS15-C and a machined aluminium SS15-A. Cable runs reach 305 m.
