Submersible pressure sensor for fuel and water tank levels, water depth up to 20 m, IP68
The AKCP Tank Depth Sensor (TDPS) measures the level of fuel and other liquids in storage tanks. It is suspended at the bottom of the tank and calculates depth from the pressure of the liquid column above it; programming the tank dimensions on the base unit shows volume as a percentage or in litres. It reads water depth of 0–20 m (65 ft) with 0.2% accuracy over 0–2000 cm, is rated IP68 and tolerates petrol, diesel and water. It connects to one sensor port of a sensorProbe+, securityProbe 5E or E-Sensor8, so alerts reach SNMP, email and SMS, which suits generator sites.
