    Evolis

    Evolis Zenius 2

Zenius 2 is Evolis's new compact ID card printer for small and medium card-issuing needs, listed as a new model on the Evolis website. It prints single-sided in colour or monochrome and comes as a Classic model with USB or an Expert model that adds Ethernet and optional encoding modules for magnetic stripe, contact smart card and contactless cards. The Expert version also accepts the YMCKOO ribbon, which adds a UV effect and a double overlay layer for extra card security. It suits offices, schools, clubs and small organisations producing staff badges, student cards and membership cards on site. It comes with a three-year warranty and the Evolis Premium Suite 2 driver for Windows and Mac, plus a mobile print service app.

  • Evolis Primacy 2
    Evolis

    Evolis Primacy 2

Primacy 2 is Evolis's versatile mid-range ID card printer, built to grow with the organisation that buys it. It prints edge-to-edge in colour or monochrome, single or dual-sided, and can be upgraded after purchase with a second print side, a 200-card feeder, magnetic, smart and contactless encoders, a card lamination module and an LCD panel. Security features include Kineclipse masking, digital erasing, a double overlay layer and a UV effect with the YMCKOO ribbon. It connects by USB and Ethernet, with optional Wi-Fi, and suits companies, universities, hospitals and public bodies issuing staff, student and access cards in medium volumes. It carries a three-year warranty and works with Windows, Mac and Linux.

  • Evolis Agilia
    Evolis

    Evolis Agilia

Agilia is Evolis's high-end retransfer ID card printer, designed for organisations that need sharp, over-the-edge printing and strong card security. Retransfer prints the image onto a clear film and then fuses it to the card, which gives even results on smart cards with chips and uneven surfaces. It has a 600 dpi print head, a colour LCD touchscreen, a 200-card feeder with a manual feeder, and USB and Ethernet connectivity. Magnetic stripe, contact chip and contactless encoding are available, and an optional lamination module can be added. It suits banks, universities, governments and enterprises issuing high-quality photo and smart cards. It has a three-year warranty and a lifetime print head warranty.

  • Evolis Avansia
    Evolis

    Evolis Avansia

Avansia is an Evolis retransfer card printer for organisations that issue higher volumes of photo and smart cards. It prints over the edge at 600 dpi, single or dual-sided, on PVC, PET, polycarbonate and ABS cards, including cards with contact or contactless chips. Its 250-card feeder and 250-card output hopper reduce reloading, and magnetic stripe, contact and contactless encoding are available. An RFID electronic key locks the printer, with an optional mechanical lock for consumables, and a Kensington-type security slot is fitted. Printed cards can carry micro-text, guilloches and UV elements. It suits banks, universities, governments and card bureaus. Warranty is three years, with a lifetime print head warranty.

  • Evolis Quantum 2
    Evolis

    Evolis Quantum 2

Quantum 2 is Evolis's high-capacity card printer for personalising and encoding plastic cards on both sides in colour or monochrome. Its interchangeable input and output hoppers each hold 500 cards, which suits long production runs at card bureaus, banks, universities and large organisations. A removable encoding module supports magnetic stripe, contact smart card and contactless encoding, with optional modules from Evolis and third-party readers. A Secured version adds central locking to protect cards, ribbon and the encoding module. It connects by USB and Ethernet and works with Windows, Mac and Linux. Evolis presents it as an economical alternative to industrial card printers. Standard warranty is one year, with extensions available.
