Normally closed vibration contact with adjustable sensitivity and a built-in tamper switch
The AKCP Vibration Sensor is a normally closed contact switch that signals an alarm when vibration strikes the surface it protects, or when a window is broken. It guards walls, ceilings, windows, safes and cabinets against forced entry or tampering, and a built-in tamper switch on a separate circuit warns if the sensor itself is interfered with. Contact pressure is adjustable from 1 to 50 grams. It connects to sensorProbe+ and securityProbe base units, either through an RJ-45 dry contact port or directly to their dry contact inputs, with up to 305 m of cable.
