100 dB siren and 8-LED strobe on one sensor port, powered by the base unit
The AKCP Siren and Strobe Light adds a loud audible alarm and a bright flashing light to sensorProbe+ and securityProbe base units, using a single intelligent sensor port and no extra power supply. The siren reaches 100 dB at 100 cm and the strobe uses eight super bright LEDs flashing 400 times per minute. It can be triggered by the status of another sensor, or switched manually from the web interface or through its own SNMP OID. Typical uses include a control room or security office, and the top of data centre cabinets so technicians can find a cabinet in a critical state. It can sit up to 30 m from the base unit.
