Measures air velocity from 0 to 10 m/s with trend graphs and alarm thresholds, duct bracket included
The AKCP Air Velocity Sensor (AVT00) measures how fast cooling air is moving, rather than just whether it is present. A thermal flow chip reads 0–10 m/s with ±3% FS accuracy, and the sensorProbe+ or securityProbe web interface shows the value as a percentage and a graph over time, so falling airflow is visible as a trend. On/off and percentage thresholds raise alarms, and the sensor has its own SNMP OID and sends traps when critical. Designed for ventilation ducts, data centre cabinets and equipment fans, it comes with a duct mounting bracket, a 224 mm stainless steel probe and a 24 V DC power adapter.
