The AKCP 8 Port Sensor Controlled Relay is a multi-port relay for process control that responds automatically to sensor status changes, without operator intervention during an alarm. Typical uses are on/off control of cooling equipment, power switching, activating alarms and energy management. Each unit provides 8 relays with NO, NC and COM terminals and LEDs for every relay and the power supply. It connects to the RJ-45 sensor ports of a securityProbe or sensorProbe+ base unit, where up to 64 relays can be used per securityProbe, and can be controlled from the web interface or SNMP.
