1U securityProbe 5E base unit with 20 dry contact inputs and 8 sensor ports
securityProbe 5E-X20 is an AKCP base unit that combines environmental monitoring with physical security. It has 8 auto-sensing RJ-45 sensor ports and 20 two-wire dry contact inputs for contact-closure devices, plus two expansion ports for E-Sensor8, E-Opto16 and cabinet control units, which takes a system to as many as 500 sensors. Alerts go out by email, SMS/MMS and SNMP traps, while SNMP v3 encryption, HTTPS and a Modbus-to-SNMP gateway function suit integration with existing management systems. The 1U rack unit runs from a 7.0–9 V DC adapter, and an optional internal 3G/4G modem covers sites without a wired network.
