Gigabit PhoneOS desk phones from 9841 to touchscreen 9871, with an expansion module

The Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series is the current generation of Cisco business IP phones, built on PhoneOS. Models range from the 9841 with a 3.5-inch grayscale display to the 9871 with a 5-inch colour touchscreen, with Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi on the 9861 and 9871. An optional Key Expansion Module adds line keys. The phones register with Webex Calling, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex Dedicated Instance, BroadWorks and other SIP platforms. Vodatel Jordan, an authorised Cisco partner, supplies and provisions Desk Phone 9800 in bulk across Jordan and the region.

It is a one-line phone that can handle two concurrent calls, with a 128 x 32 monochrome display, three context-sensitive soft keys, a full-duplex speakerphone and a handset with built-in volume boost for hearing-impaired users. Dual 10/100 Ethernet ports let a PC share the same network connection, and Power over Ethernet (802.3af, Class 1) avoids a separate power cable. It supports TLS and SRTP encryption, works natively with Avaya IP Office and with Avaya Aura, and sits on a two-position stand or mounts on the wall.
