The GSC3560 and GSC3565 are outdoor SIP intercoms in a rugged metal casing rated IP66 and IK10, released in June 2026. Two integrated microphones and a 10 W speaker provide clear two-way audio, and the GSC3560 adds AI noise suppression. The GSC3565 adds a camera lens for live video monitoring and QR-code unlock. A built-in solid-state relay controls a door strike or gate, and doors can be opened through the mobile app, a SIP call or the HTTP API. They work with SIP phones and IP PBXs, Home Assistant and Grandstream's GDMS, and suit schools, residential compounds, warehouses and healthcare sites. Vodatel Jordan integrates them with UCM systems and access control.

It has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, 12 lines with 16 SIP accounts and 48 virtual programmable keys, and can be expanded with up to four GBX20 extension modules. Dual Gigabit ports with PoE, integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth give flexible connectivity. Audio is full-duplex HD with Noise Shield and 5-way conferencing. Secure boot, dual firmware images and encrypted storage protect the device, and GDMS provides cloud provisioning. It works with the UCM6300 series, and Vodatel Jordan provisions it in bulk.

The DP752 is a DECT base station that turns Grandstream DP-series cordless handsets into SIP phones on your network. It pairs with up to five handsets using a dedicated pairing button, and the handsets can share a SIP account so a call can be answered from anywhere in the building. Indoor range reaches 50 metres, and outdoor range reaches 350 to 400 metres depending on the handset. It supports a wide set of voice codecs including Opus and G.722, push-to-talk, and automatic provisioning with TR-069 and XML files, plus management through GDMS. The GWN7721PE is an L2-lite managed PoE switch added to the GWN7721 Series in August 2026. It offers eight 2.5GbE ports with PoE/PoE+ at up to 30 W each, one 10GbE port with PoE++ at up to 90 W, and a 10G SFP+ uplink, within a 130 W total PoE budget. That makes it a good fit for powering Wi-Fi 7 access points, PTZ cameras and IP phones from a single compact switch. It provides 80 Gbps switching capacity, VLANs, multi-layer QoS, IGMP snooping, STP/RSTP, loop detection and a PoE watchdog that restarts unresponsive devices. It runs on a desktop or in a rack with the included kit. Vodatel Jordan supplies and configures GWN switching.

The UCM6300 Series is Grandstream's IP PBX family for small and mid-sized organisations that want voice, video and meetings on a single appliance. It scales up to 3000 users and 450 concurrent calls depending on the model, and provisions Grandstream SIP phones automatically with zero-touch configuration. The platform includes a built-in meetings and conferencing service, NAT traversal for remote workers, and hardened security with secure boot, per-device certificates and random default passwords. It can also be managed through GDMS. Vodatel Jordan configures UCM6300 systems, trunks and extensions for customers in Amman and across the region.

The GVC3220 is a Grandstream video conferencing system for boardrooms, large meeting rooms, classrooms and auditoriums. It includes an 8-megapixel CMOS PTZ camera with a wide-angle lens and 12x zoom, and the GMD1208 wireless tabletop microphone with a 5 m pickup range. It outputs up to 4K video over two HDMI outputs, hosts multi-way video calls of up to 5 parties at 1080p or 9 at 720p, and runs Android 9.0 with dual-band Wi-Fi. PC screen sharing, remote screen control and GDMS cloud management are supported. Vodatel Jordan supplies and installs it in meeting rooms.

The GWN7672L is an indoor tri-band Wi-Fi 7 access point announced in July 2026. It combines 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz radios to deliver up to 11 Gbps aggregate wireless throughput and uses Multi-Link Operation to keep latency low. A single 5 Gigabit port carries data and PoE+ power. It suits offices, hotels, schools and voice-over-Wi-Fi deployments, and supports up to 384 concurrent clients over a range of up to 175 metres. Each unit has an embedded controller that can manage up to 50 GWN access points without extra hardware, with GDMS Networking in the cloud or GWN Manager on-premise for larger sites. Vodatel Jordan surveys, installs and configures GWN networks.

The GWN7670ELR is a long-range outdoor Wi-Fi 7 access point announced in September 2026. It is a dual-band BE3600 unit with a 2.5 Gigabit PoE+ port and an SFP port that supports single-mode and multi-mode fibre links of up to 20 km. Its IP67 enclosure suits campuses, car parks, warehouses, resorts and other open sites, and Xtra Range 2.0 on the 5 GHz band reaches up to 350 metres. It handles up to 512 concurrent clients and up to 1,000 PPSK accounts, with mesh, captive portal and QoS, and mounts on a wall or pole. Management is local, via GDMS Networking, or via GWN Manager. Vodatel Jordan plans and installs outdoor Wi-Fi coverage.
