The Yealink CM20 is an AI-powered beamforming ceiling microphone for medium and large meeting rooms. Sixteen omnidirectional microphone units form 8 independent pickup zones, with a nominal radius of 4 m and high-quality full-duplex capture within 3 m, and EQ tuning that favours human voices. AI dynamic noise reduction and AI reverberation suppression adapt to the room, while the integrated DSP gives plug-and-play operation with Yealink MVC systems, so no extra audio processor is needed. The low-profile 80 mm design comes with a detachable magnetic cover in black or white, and a mount kit supports different ceiling deployment methods. It can be used in large, medium and divisible rooms. Vodatel supplies, installs and supports the CM20 in Jordan as an authorised Yealink partner.
