Logitech Tap Scheduler is a purpose-built scheduling panel that sits outside a meeting room and shows whether it is free. Green or red LED lights signal availability from a distance, while a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen lets people see meeting details, claim the room or book a future slot. It is designed to work with leading room scheduling solutions, including Microsoft Teams Panel, Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, Robin, Appspace and Logitech Room Booking. The panel is powered over Ethernet with PoE (IEEE 802.3af), mounts flush to the wall, and ships with mounts for glass, walls and mullions, plus several cable-routing options for a tidy install. It can be monitored through Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Zoom device management, and is available in Graphite and White. Vodatel supplies, installs and supports Logitech Tap Scheduler in Jordan as an authorised Logitech partner.
